Refund policy
Return Eligibility:
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition. No tears, rips, spots on warmies. No torn, bent, written on pages in books.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Process:
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at lochnalis@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided return label. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your account.
Exchanges:
- To exchange an item, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
