Loch N Ali's Return Policy

At Loch N Ali's, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at lochnalis@gmail.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at lochnalis@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
